If you are late for an appointment, it will be shortened in consideration for the next person.

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Don’t forget to advise of any health conditions or medication you are taking.
 
Please advise if you are pregnant (some products contain high quantities of essential oils).
 
Treatments cannot be performed on women in their first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy.
